We've put together a list of questions we think might save you a little time.
When do I need to RSVP?
Please respond by Saturday 26th August 2023, so we can confirm numbers with our caterer.
What if I can't make it?
Please let us know via RSVP, even if you can't attend.
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Yes - both are at Greenwich Yacht Club. The ceremony will start at 2pm in the River Rooms. Drinks and dancing start at 7pm in the Clubhouse (there's a short jetty between the River Rooms and the Clubhouse).
The Clubhouse is on the river, will it be outside?
Even though the evening venue is on the Thames, the venue is all inside. However, it has a great balcony overlooking the water on all four sides. Great for photos (weather permitting), but bring some layers - it will be late October!
Is there parking available?
Yes - enough for 30 cars. However, please do let us know in advance if you wish to park at the venue.
Are children allowed?
No (as much as we love them!). However, babes in arms are welcome (please let us know if they'll be coming).
Is there a dress code?
Yes - cocktail attire. Suits, jackets and cocktail dresses are encouraged. If you're looking to rent an outfit, Shan has very kindly sorted us out with a 25% discount code at hirestreetuk.com - just use ALEXCAITI25 at the checkout.
Will there be food served?
Of course! Canapes will follow the ceremony. The wedding breakfast will take place at 4.30pm. Tasty wraps will be served from 10pm. There will be options for everyone, just complete the RSVP questions to let us know if you're vegetarian, vegan and/or GF.
Will drinks be provided?
Yes, there will be a free bar.
Whom should I ask if I have questions on the day?
Caiti's brother, Will, has very kindly agreed to be the first port of call for guests, should they require any assistance on the day. Whether you need help finding the venue, a quiet space to take a break on the day or help finding the loos, Will's your guy. You can't miss him - he's 6'9! You can also reach Will on 07540060803.
